Alternative ways
There is no perfect solution when it comes to budgeting for next month, so there are some other ways when you have a different situation.
One of it is to create a new category that you want to use to budget for next month, and when it comes to next month, you deduct it by some amount so it become available to budget.
Another similar way is to create a several category, or use your Emergency Fund category to manage budget for next month.
